Your responsibilities:

• Independent planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audit reviews according to the audit plan;
• Participation in complex, partly international audit projects;
• Preparation of meaningful audit reports with practical recommendations for action;
• Presentation and communication of results to the audited units;
• Follow-up on agreed actions and evaluation of their implementation;
• Active participation in internal projects and further development of audit processes;
• Support and advice for departments on internal control system (ICS) related questions;
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of our governance structures;
• General support within the team;

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration or law (with a business focus);
• Initial professional experience in Internal Audit, ideally in an international setting;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; German or any other language skills are beneficial;
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP, IDEA, or similar tools is an advantage;
• Strong analytical thinking, deep process understanding, and quick comprehension;
• Team-oriented and conscientious working style;
• Excellent communication skills combined with high intercultural and social competence;
• Willingness to travel internationally.
