Key Responsibilities 

• Coordination of product-specific technical requirements with external stakeholders
• Assessment of feasibility based on technical specifications, schematics, drawings, and applicable standards
• Introduction of product portfolio and identification of suitable solutions for specific applications
• Ongoing technical exchange with development teams located in China
• Preparation, review, and maintenance of technical documentation
• Submission of approval and validation materials to external parties
• Oversight of complex projects from initial inquiry through to series production and post-launch support
• Initiation of design modifications to improve product performance or meet updated requirements
• Technical evaluation and resolution of product-related issues or complaints
• Participation in business travel to manufacturing sites in China and to customers and sales offices within Europe
• Active involvement in cross-functional and international project teams

Requirements and Competencies

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, switchgear technology, or mechatronics or comparable training incl. continued professional training
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and French (business fluent) 
• Other languages / Chinese language skills very welcome
