Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join the Vascular team in Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, and Saarland. In this role, you will focus on supporting the sales of vascular medical devices by providing hands-on clinical support and education to healthcare professionals. You will act as the clinical expert within the team, ensuring successful outcomes for patients and building strong relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the vascular product portfolio and related devices.
• Provide clinical and non-clinical support to customers, including assisting in Cath Lab and Radiology departments.
• Facilitate product roll-outs, present new technologies, and identify opportunities within accounts.
• Manage assets and maximize contract revenues.
• Deliver technical product training to clinical customers and internal teams.
• Share market intelligence and feedback with the team to inform strategy.
• Evaluate new product ideas and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure customers and team members are informed about new or updated product information.
• Participate in local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures, sharing insights with the team.
• Submit written reports to the Sales Manager as required.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in clinical support or knowledge of relevant clinical procedures is desirable.
• Ability to interpret clinical data effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of self-motivation and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English and other relevant languages.
• Proven problem-solving and networking abilities.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively (3-4 overnight stays per week).
