Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for product modifications — including changes in materials, tooling, suppliers, or production processes.

• Manage and document Change Control activities in accordance with relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP).

• Assess and prioritize change requests, including complex or high-impact product updates, and oversee feasibility studies when needed.

• Act as the key product contact for lifecycle-related topics, supporting smooth problem resolution and technical troubleshooting.

• Plan and coordinate the seamless handover of new product designs and updates into serial production.

• Support risk management processes for product changes in line with ISO 14971.

• Collaborate closely with other departments and international partners to ensure smooth implementation and compliance.

• Contribute ideas for process improvements and best practices within the product lifecycle function.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

• Solid experience in project or change management, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector.

• In-depth understanding of regulated product lifecycle management and related standards (ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP).

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability is an asset.

• Confident using MS Office and digital collaboration tools.

• Professional proficiency in German and English.
