Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for product modifications — including changes in materials, tooling, suppliers, or production processes.

Assess and prioritize change requests, including complex or high-impact product updates, and oversee feasibility studies when needed.
Act as the key product contact for lifecycle-related topics, supporting smooth problem resolution and technical troubleshooting.
Plan and coordinate the seamless handover of new product designs and updates into serial production.
Support risk management processes for product changes in line with ISO 14971.
Collaborate closely with other departments and international partners to ensure smooth implementation and compliance.
Contribute ideas for process improvements and best practices within the product lifecycle function.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
Solid experience in project or change management, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector.
In-depth understanding of regulated product lifecycle management and related standards (ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability is an asset.
Confident using MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
Professional proficiency in German and English.
Your Strengths:
Clear communicator who builds trust across functions and cultures.
Structured, analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for driving projects forward.
Collaborative and open to new ideas and improvements.
Comfortable working in an international environment with diverse stakeholders.
What’s On Offer:
A stable, varied role in an innovative company committed to medical progress.
An open, supportive culture and structured onboarding to help you settle in.
Flexibility with working hours and hybrid work options (up to 2 days remote per week).
Opportunities for personal and professional growth through targeted training.
Flat hierarchies, approachable colleagues, and an environment that values your ideas.
Free parking, regular team activities, and more!
