>> Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)

Your task

• Proactive identification and direct approach of new B2B customers in the industry
• Initial contact with decision-makers by phone, email and LinkedIn to generate interest in our solutions
• Targeted needs analysis with potential customers to identify valuable sales opportunities
• Making appointments for further discussions with our sales team
• Maintaining and managing the sales pipeline in the CRM system to optimize the sales process
• Working closely with marketing and sales to continuously improve lead generation and qualification

Your profile

• Completed studies or vocational training with a focus on sales, business or technology
• Technical understanding of mechanical and plant engineering and the manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Initial experience in cold calling, telephone canvassing or lead generation in the B2B sector is an advantage
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and enjoy direct customer contact
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working with a high level of self-motivation
• Very good knowledge of German and English
