Account Manager Field Sales (m/f/d)

for our new sales market in the netherlands

This is your area of responsibility

  • You advise our dealers - on site and digitally - on our products, strategies and measures for more effective cooperation
  • You are able to further develop our existing key accounts across the board and at the same time further open up the market
  • You work hand in hand with your colleagues from the ServiceCenter and DACH sales team
  • You support your dealers in positioning and successfully selling the products at the POS
  • You are a trainer and coach for the employees at our retailers' locations and help them to achieve the best advisory service for more #JoyofLife
  • Digital tools make administration easier for you and you can concentrate fully on your partners
  • You live "joy of life” and convey this positive attitude in every moment

What you bring with you

  • You already have experience as a sales representative and are convincing in customer retention and new customer acquisition
  • You think entrepreneurially, take responsibility and play an active role in shaping the company
  • You are a confident negotiator - even with large companies - and ideally have experience of listing meetings or similar situations
  • You have a high degree of self-motivation, self-organization and the ability to work independently
  • You have a basic understanding of business administration
  • You are flexible in terms of time and are willing to travel within your sales territory (and occasionally outside it)
  • You speak Dutch and English I German would be desirable
