Responsibilities arrow_right
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of development projects for lubricant systems
- Investigation of customer and competitor samples
- Close coordination with our production departments with regard to increasing efficiency and
- improving our processes
- Support of product developments through to series production
- Cooperative collaboration with our customers, suppliers, and sister companies
- Maintenance of development documentation
- Support of the quality control department
- This is a 3 year fixed term position
Qualifications arrow_right
- Successfully completed degree in chemistry (bachelor's, master's) or training as a chemical technician or industrial foreman in chemistry
- Innovative spirit
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company
- High degree of initiative and motivation
- Willingness to take on personal responsibility
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Ability to work in a team
- Openness and loyalty
