EASA B2 Licensed Engineer A330 | Contract | Malta

A fantastic opportunity is now available to join our trusted client in Malta. We are currently recruiting EASA B2 Licensed Engineers with type and recency on Airbus A330 (Trent RR700) aircraft to support base maintenance operations on a long-term contract during the winter season .

Position Details:

• Position: EASA B2 Licensed Engineer

• Aircraft Type: Airbus A330 (Trent RR700)

• Employment Type: Contract (Base Maintenance)

• Location: Malta

• Start Date: September 2025

• End Date: April 2026

• Rates: Competitive hourly rate – recently reviewed

• Shift Pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off (average 60 hours per week)

• Accommodation: Provided or per diem option available

• Flights: Provided at the start and end of the assignment

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on Airbus A330 (Trent RR700) avionics and systems

• Certify and release aircraft for service in accordance with EASA Part-66 regulations

• Support scheduled base maintenance tasks ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records and documentation

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient base maintenance operations

Requirements:

• EASA B2 License with Type and Recency on Airbus A330 (Trent RR700)

• Proven record of recency (logbooks required)

• Valid SMS including Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety – Level 2 (FTS L2), EWIS (Modules 1 & 2)

• Initial certifications in Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety – Level 2 (FTS L2), EWIS (Modules 1 & 2)

• Right to work in Europe (EU passport or valid EU work permit)
