Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Flight Control Station (FCS) Requirements Qualification Matrix suchen wir Sie als Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) – DOORS / RQM . In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die DOORS-Datenbank und unterstützen das FJT bei der Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des RQM-Prozesses.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Ansprechpartner für die EF FCS Requirements Qualification Matrix (RQM) DOORS-Datenbank

• Unterstützung des FJT bei der Optimierung des RQM-Prozesses (Erfassung von Anforderungen, Nachverfolgbarkeit von Designanforderungen sowie Qualifikations- und Ergebnistraceability)

• Entwicklung und Pflege des RQM-Tools (Änderungsanforderungen bearbeiten, Tool-Anforderungen aktualisieren, Implementierung in DXL, Verifizierung und Validierung des RQM-Prozesses im Tool)

• Erstellung und Pflege der Assessment- und Testkonfigurationsindex-Dokumente (CID) für jedes FJT-Clearance

• Unterstützung weiterer FJT-Sektionen bei Exporten aus der RQM-Datenbank

• Erstellung und Pflege der RQM Coverage- und Ergebnisberichte für jedes FJT-Clearance

• Durchführung von Change- und Konfigurationsmanagement in der EF FCS RQM DOORS-Datenbank (Statusberichte, Exportdaten, formale Konfigurationsdokumente)

• Erstellung und Pflege des RQM DOORS Baseline-Dokuments für jedes FJT-Clearance

• Ansprechpartner für Requirements-Based Engineering und Einrichtung neuer Baselines im Zusammenhang mit Model-Based Systems Engineering

• Erarbeitung eines Konzepts zu Requirements-Based Engineering (RBE)

• Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer Schnittstelle von DOORS zu einem Test-Management-System

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung/Studium : Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder Maschinenbau (mind. Master/Diplom)

• Berufserfahrung : Fundierte Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering, in Systementwicklungsprozessen sowie im Konfigurations- und Änderungsmanagement

• IT-/Fachkenntnisse : Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, sehr gute DOORS-Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse in Rational DOORS Extension Language (DXL) und C++ erforderlich

• Sprachkenntnisse : Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert

• Weitere Qualifikationen : Teamplayer mit exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; service- und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein, diplomatischem Geschick, guter Auffassungsgabe, hoher Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit

For an assignment in the area of Flight Control Station (FCS) Requirements Qualification Matrix , we are looking for a Requirements Engineer (m/f/d) – DOORS / RQM . In this role, you will take ownership of the DOORS database and support the FJT in further developing and maintaining the RQM process.

Your tasks

• Act as point of contact for the EF FCS Requirements Qualification Matrix (RQM) DOORS Database

• Support the FJT in improving the RQM process (requirements capture, design traceability, qualification and results traceability)

• Develop and maintain the RQM tool (manage change requests, update tool requirements, implement requirements in DXL, verify and validate the RQM process in the tool)

• Create and maintain Assessment and Test Configuration Index Documents (CID) for each FJT Clearance

• Support other FJT sections by generating exports from the RQM Database

• Create and maintain the RQM Coverage and Results Report for each FJT Clearance

• Perform change and configuration control of the EF FCS RQM DOORS Database (status reports, export data, formal configuration documents)

• Create and maintain the RQM DOORS Baseline Document for each FJT Clearance

• Act as point of contact for Requirements-Based Engineering and set up new baselines related to Model-Based Systems Engineering

• Prepare a concept related to Requirements-Based Engineering (RBE)

• Support the establishment of an interface from DOORS to a test management system

Your profile

• Education : Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering

• Professional experience : Solid knowledge in requirements engineering, system development processes, configuration and change control

• IT/technical skills : Advanced MS Office skills, detailed knowledge of DOORS, experience with Rational DOORS Extension Language (DXL) and C++ required

• Languages : German fluent, English proficient

• Other qualifications : Team player with excellent communication skills; service- and customer-oriented with strong sense of responsibility, diplomatic skills, quick comprehension, high motivation and reliability
