Rollenüberblick
Sie arbeiten an der Schnittstelle von Werkstoffen, Fertigung, Entwicklung und Nachhaltigkeit. Der Fokus liegt auf der Bewertung von Stoffauswirkungen sowie der Lieferung von Scope-3-Kennzahlen ("Use of Sold Products") für die nicht-finanzielle Berichterstattung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Substance-Impact-Bewertungen

• Koordination und Pflege eines bereichsübergreifenden Netzwerks (M&P, Design, Fertigung, Programme)

• Priorisierung betroffener Substanzen und Prozesse

• Vorbereitung von Inputs für Substitutions- und R&T-Projekte

• Pflege von Datenbanken zu betroffenen Substanzen und Prozessen

• Unterstützung bei der Definition und Umsetzung der Substanzstrategie

• Koordination multifunktionaler Teams (u. a. Materials, Manufacturing, Compliance, H&S)

• Mitarbeit an Scope-3-Aktivitäten "Use of Sold Products"

• Abstimmung von Methodiken mit Experten und Programmteams

• Unterstützung externer Auditfreigaben

Ihr Profil

• Studium der Chemie, Materialwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar

• Erfahrung in Entwicklungs-, Fertigungs- oder Konfigurationsumfeldern

• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Präsentations-, Abstimmungs- und Verhandlungssicherheit

• Internationale Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen in Europa

• Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

Role overview
You will work at the interface of materials, manufacturing, design and sustainability. The role focuses on substance impact evaluation and the delivery of Scope 3 "Use of Sold Products” for non-financial reporting.

Your tasks

• Support execution of substance impact evaluations

• Coordinate and maintain a cross-functional evaluation network

• Prioritize substances and impacted processes

• Prepare inputs for substitution and R&T projects

• Maintain databases for impacted substances and strategies

• Support substance strategy definition and execution

• Coordinate multi-functional teams across relevant domains

• Contribute to Scope 3 "Use of Sold Products” activities

• Align methodologies with experts and programme lines

• Support external audit approvals

Your profile

• Degree in chemistry, materials science, engineering or comparable

• Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments

• Strong analytical and structured working style

• Confident presentation and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
