Ihre Aufgaben

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-time material delivery to the shop floor in line with A400M MRO and Retrofit demands
• Execute and monitor material requirements planning and supply chain activities
• Serve as the main interface between MRO and the Supply Chain organization
• Obtain aircraft-related information (inventory levels, expected delivery dates, scheduling) for all planned and unplanned material demands
• Identify and analyze demand for aircraft-specific spare parts, repairs, and customer supplies
• Support the implementation and procurement of alternative materials or internal substitute items
• Set up and manage missing parts reports and follow-up processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external customers, and cross-functional departments
• Actively contribute to process improvements and participate in dedicated projects
• Represent the department in international meetings and working groups

Ihr Profil

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced level)
• Advanced experience with SAP
• Fluency in English (business level)
• German language skills are a plus

Professional Experience:

• Solid experience in supply management, scheduling, or special military logistics
• Industry experience is mandatory, preferably in the aerospace sector
• Familiarity with MRO operations is desirable
• Knowledge of the A400M aircraft is a strong asset
