Ihre Aufgaben

• Conduct research on a variety of technical topics and emerging technologies
• Develop innovative algorithms that incorporate technical and operational aspects into advanced optimization approaches
• Integrate newly developed functions into demonstrators to showcase system-level capabilities
• Define, coordinate, and execute Verification & Validation activities, including laboratory testing
• Prepare and present system demonstrations to customers and project stakeholders
• Document results thoroughly, identify improvement areas, and propose actionable next steps

Ihr Profil

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering, or aerospace
• Experience with mission network systems, time synchronization systems, flight management systems, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques (supervised or unsupervised) is an advantage
• Proficiency in C++ or Python is essential
• Excellent command of English (business fluent); German language skills are also required
• Strong motivation and a proactive mindset
• Willingness to collaborate in an international, cross-functional team
• Flexibility for occasional short-term business travel to France, Spain, and within Germany (up to six times per year)
