Sie verantworten masserelevante Analysen und unterstützen die Bewertung von Flugzeugkonfigurationen und Modifikationen. Der Fokus liegt auf Berechnungen, Datenauswertung und technischer Abstimmung im Luftfahrtumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

– Bearbeitung masserelevanter Kundenanfragen und technischer Bewertungen
– Vorbereitung, Auswertung und Begleitung von Flugzeugwägungen
– Berechnung von Masse, Volumen, Oberfläche und Schwerpunktkoordinaten mit CATIA V5
– Analyse von Modifikationen und Upgrades anhand technischer Unterlagen
– Überprüfung von Bauteilmassen im Abgleich mit Zielvorgaben
– Pflege und Auswertung masserelevanter Daten in Datenbanken

Ihr Profil

– Abgeschlossenes Studium in Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbar
– Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Weight & Balance oder Mass Properties
– Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
– Erfahrung mit Datenbanken und analytischen Tools, Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil
– Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
– Strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

You will be responsible for mass property analyses and support the evaluation of aircraft configurations and modifications. The focus is on calculations, data evaluation and technical coordination within the aerospace environment.

Your tasks

– Process mass-related customer requests and technical assessments
– Prepare, evaluate and support aircraft weighing activities
– Calculate mass, volume, surface and center of gravity using CATIA V5
– Analyse modifications and upgrades based on technical documentation
– Verify calculated component masses against target values
– Maintain and evaluate mass-related data in databases

Your profile

– Master’s degree in aerospace engineering or comparable qualification
– Several years of experience in weight and balance or mass properties
– Strong expertise in CATIA V5 and advanced MS Office skills
– Experience with databases and analytical tools; programming skills are beneficial
– Fluent German and English
– Structured and team-oriented working style
