About the Role
In this exciting position, you will develop and implement marketing plans for our leading incontinence brand TENA in the Retail channel. You will drive the brand in line with global strategy and regional priorities to achieve ambitious targets. The role is based in Mannheim and reports to the Marketing Manager TENA Retail Central.
What You Will Do
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans including pricing, promotion, and media/digital strategies aligned with global and regional requirements.
Product Portfolio: Propose and manage optimal product assortment for countries in scope.
Project Leadership: Participate in and/or lead multifunctional projects to deliver business objectives.
Launch Management: Manage product launch processes (including post-launch) according to agreed plans and budgets.
Promotional Activities: Develop and implement promotions and supporting materials in collaboration with stakeholders.
Communication: Create local communication activities based on global toolkits.
Agency Collaboration: Cooperate with external agencies (Digital, Design, Media, PR) and continuously evaluate performance.
Who You Are
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in FMCG Marketing or Shopper Marketing.
Strong business acumen, including P&L and business case understanding.
Proven experience across the Marketing Mix: Innovation & Launch Management, Communication & Media Planning, 360 Activation & Promotion, Analysis, and Strategy Development.
Experience in an international matrix organization is an advantage.
Holistic thinker with passion, courage, and a can-do attitude, able to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in German and English.
