Tasks

  1. Providing personal IT support directly at the service point
  2. Assisting with everyday IT issues (Windows, hardware, Office, mobile devices)
  3. Issuing, exchanging, and receiving laptops, monitors, and accessories
  4. Performing minor technical checks and troubleshooting
  5. Documenting issues in the ticketing system
  6. Working closely with experienced IT specialists

You'll be working closely with people, right in the thick of things, and have the opportunity to continuously expand your IT expertise.

What you bring to the table

  1. Speak excellent German and enjoy communicating
  2. Enjoy working with people
  3. Have a background in customer service, retail, or the electronics industry – or are looking to change careers
  4. Have a basic understanding of technology
  5. Are reliable, patient, and curious
  6. Understand and use basic English
