In this role you are responsible for the processing administration and maintenance of all dispenser contracts for end customers and related distributor partners in order for dispensers to be placed.
The Role is time limited to 31st of January 2027.
Your Role
Management of dispenser contracts in Tork Connect (TC)
Processing of contracts and error resolution
Running dispenser contract settlement process in conjunction with related specialist teams
Administration related to new, existing and expiring contracts
Dispenser contract cancellation
Maintenance and update of umbrella contracts in CRM / TC
End customer and distributor dispenser contract query resolution
Check for ROI approvals process adherence
Proof of delivery monitoring for distributor reimbursement claims

Knowledge and experience of administration
Commercial oriented
Analytical skills, data orientation and strong administrative skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
