- Our client is a renommated international player in the food and beverage market, operating at 26 production sites worldwide who incorporates the latest global nutritional and health trends.
Your Duties:
- Lead and manage global projects for innovative food products to expand and enrich the dairy market
- Shape and drive the strategic direction of the specified category including product portfolio, pricing, production capacity, and network to support growth and profitability
- Coordinate international teams to evaluate customer needs and market opportunities, identifying pathways for business expansion
- Acquire new business by matching tailored product value propositions with customer brand strategies and positioning
- Empower the company´s sales community with insights into market dynamics, competition, customer expectations, innovations and trends
- Strengthen customer relationships through collaborative development initiatives and compelling storytelling around our client's added value
- Conceptualize innovative products for trade shows and events, ensuring a strong brand presence
Your Qualifications:
- Profound experience in product and project management within the dairy industries, preferably in multinational environments
- Deep understanding of market structures and customer needs in industrial food processing, ideally in dairy/dairy alternatives
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to distill complex information into clear, persuasive messages
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and cope with international teams
- Professional fluency in English (any other language is an advantage)
- Proactive mindset with a positive can-do attitude
- Willingness to travel within Europe
