Your secret weapons…

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, heating/sanitary engineering, building services engineering or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in facility management or building services engineering desirable
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team and commitment
• Good written and spoken German
• Driving license class B necessary

Your mission…

• Maintenance, servicing and monitoring of the building’s technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
• Carrying out minor repairs and manual work in the building
• Coordinating and monitoring external service providers and tradesmen
• Troubleshooting and documentation of measures
• Checking compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Supporting relocations, conversions or other logistical tasks in the building
• On-call duty in the event of faults or fire brigade/police/alarm system
