About us
My client are a global multi-billion € Energy organization based in Mannheim. They currently employ over 200.000 employees worldwide in more than 120 countries.
With 3 major mergers & acquisitions set to launch next year, they are actively seeking an Inhouse SAP HCM Consultant to join their Frankfurt team. You will support large-scale integration projects and help with their continued growth and success.
Tasks
Design, customize, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions with a focus on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
Be the first point of contact for the specialist departments when it comes to requirements in SAP HCM.
Project management with responsibility: Take over the management of innovative projects with a focus on the SAP HCM environment and actively drive their success.
Support in the introduction of modern technologies such as SAP S/4HANA / SAP Fiori and contribute your expertise to the upcoming SucessFactors implementation.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy of payroll calculations and reporting.
Profile
Bachelor's degree
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM - experience with PY or PT is a plus
You have good knowledge of supporting and customizing SAP HCM.
Familiarity with integration points between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Finance, SAP SuccessFactors) and third-party systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
SAP HCM certifications are a plus.
