• Design, standardization, and management of global HR processes and governance initiatives

• Integration of best practices into HR operations and system configuration – balancing global consistency with local compliance

• Coordination of projects related to HR systems, technologies, and process optimization

• Management of change and release management for SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field

• At least 3+ years of practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central

• Excellent understanding of HR processes, policies, compliance, and regulatory frameworks

• Solid experience in HR projects

• Strong communication skills in English & German
