Your Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services with a strong focus on Java, Spring, and scalable architectures
• Contribute to the evolution of our platform's microservice ecosystem and integration layers
• Build reliable, secure, and high-quality code through testing, automation, and best engineering practices
• Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and domain experts to shape technical solutions end-to-end
• Mentor developers and actively influence technical decisions and architectural direction
• Drive continuous improvement in performance, code quality, and system stability

Your Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Java development
• Solid expertise with Spring / Spring Boot, REST APIs, and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of relational databases and ORM frameworks (e.g., JPA/Hibernate)
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-ready applications
• Knowledge of microservices, secure data processing, and event-driven systems is a plus
• Comfortable working in an international, English-speaking environment
• Self-driven, solution-oriented, and eager to take ownership
