In the Group HR department, we make a decisive contribution to the company’s success through strategically aligned and professional HR work. As a working student, you are a valuable part of our Group HR team and actively support the HR Business Partners in all personnel processes at Bilfinger’s headquarters.

Your responsibilities

• Daily support of the HR Business Partners in operational tasks
• Participation in the supervision and selection of apprentices, dual students, trainees, and scholarship holders (talent development)
• Collaboration on exciting HR projects and conceptual special assignments
• Support in the recruitment process – from job posting to hiring
• Organization and administration of day-to-day HR operations
• Contribution to the creation of HR reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Support in organizing and conducting HR events, such as onboarding days or training sessions
  
  

Your profile

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Law, or Psychology, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
• Initial knowledge of labor law and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
• Structured and conscientious working style
• Initiative, flexibility, and high level of commitment
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent English skills required
