Laborant/in 7 QC – Labormanager mit Führungsverantwortung (m/w/x)

Aufgabe

• Personalführung und - Einsatzplanung unter Berücksichtigung der Personalverfügbarkeit
• Entwickeln und Fördern der unterstellten Mitarbeiter im Rahmen der vorgegebenen Qualifikationsmatrix, Kontrolle des Lernerfolgs und Erteilen der Freigabe zur selbstständigen Durchführung
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften im Verantwortungsbereich
• Planung und Durchführung laborspezifischer Projekte (z.B. Etablieren neuer bereichsübergreifender Arbeitsstandards)
• Planung, Durchführung und statistische Auswertung von Studien (z.B. Kalibrierungen, Eignung von Reagenzien u.ä.)
• Bestandsmanagement und Budgetplanung
• Erstellen und Nachverfolgen von Änderungsanträgen
• Zusammenstellen von Zulassungsunterlagen und Kontakt zu Gesundheitsbehörden in Englisch
• Zusammenstellen und Präsentieren von Ergebnissen, ggf. in Englisch
• Erstellen, Führen und Kontrollieren von Labordokumenten, z.B. Regelkarten
• Durchführung von Schulungen in Analysemethoden und an Geräten
• Teilnehmer als Co-Auditor, fachlicher Input in Durchführung und Erstellung von Berichten
• Laborseitige Durchführung von Abweichungsuntersuchungen und OOS-Untersuchungen

Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• i.d.R. abgeschlossenes Studium zum Bachelor of Science, z.B. Biologie
• Über 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Englisch Level 2
