Job description
- You will provide professional support and administrative relief to the loan processing team, actively contributing to ensuring smooth internal processes and making an important contribution to day-to-day business
- In addition, you will be responsible for careful research in files and digital data systems to determine all necessary information for loan processing
- Furthermore, you will oversee the processing of cancellation permits for real estate liens, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and corresponding directly with internal and external parties
- Conscientiously recording and maintaining all credit-relevant data in the bank-specific systems is also one of your tasks in order to ensure high data quality and up-to-date customer information
- As part of your work, you will support the release of collateral after a loan commitment has been finalised or in the case of debt rescheduling and ensure that all formal requirements are met

Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the financial or administrative sector
- In addition, you have initial professional experience in the field of processing, ideally in a credit or finance-related environment, which will enable you to quickly familiarise yourself with the tasks
- You have a good knowledge of common MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook as well as the willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with bank-specific programmes,
- Written and spoken German at native speaker level and a good understanding of specialist legal terminology round off your profile
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of diligence and accuracy when processing complex files and a team-oriented personality to integrate well into the existing team
- Finally, you are reliable and work in a structured and independent manner, maintaining a clear overview and prioritising effectively even under deadline pressure
