KEYFACTS:

• Placing transport orders with carriers for import and export as well as national shipping
• Consolidation of orders and calculation of freight prices
• Coordination with our customers and our forwarding agents
• Accepting, processing and handling orders is part of our day-to-day business
• Checking and coordinating our daily incoming and outgoing goods in cooperation with our back office team
• Support in the processing of customer complaints

MUST HAVE'S

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the field of scheduling
• Negotiating skills, strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Structured, independent and autonomous way of working
• Discretion and data protection are a matter of course for you
• An affinity for numbers, a high degree of organizational skills, the ability to work in a team and flexibility
• You like to think outside the box, have a hands-on mentality and approach people proactively
