Job description
- You carefully check incoming invoices for major civil engineering projects
- You independently carry out price comparisons and error analyses for materials and construction services
- You conscientiously maintain master data and documentation
- You reliably post incoming invoices in the SAP system
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have professional experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of accounting and invoice receipt
- SAP knowledge is an advantage for you
- You are confident with MSOffice programmes
- Your German language skills are at least C1 level
- An energetic and reliable way of working and a valid work permit round off your profile
