You will contribute to an exciting web application for maintaining, visualizing, and synchronizing pharmaceutical data – ensuring healthcare professionals have access to accurate and up-to-date information. We are actively modernizing our stack, replacing legacy systems with cutting-edge solutions, and driving innovation in the healthcare domain. • In this role, you shape a modern web application for maintaining, visualizing, and synchronizing pharmaceutical data, ensuring healthcare professionals have accurate, up-to-date information.
• By designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications with TypeScript, NestJS, and Angular, you take end-to-end ownership across the entire software lifecycle from design to operations.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, you translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and actively engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Clean, testable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests (Jest, Karma) is a key part of how you ensure quality and reliability.
• You drive our modernization efforts by contributing to CI/CD pipelines and deployments using GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes, helping to replace legacy systems with cutting-edge solutions.

What You Bring Along

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer and a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Your profile includes strong TypeScript skills, deep frontend expertise in Angular (ideally v19+) with an eye for design, and solid backend experience with NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks.
• Part of your toolkit is hands-on experience with testing frameworks (preferably Jest, Karma), containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes, plus GitLab workflows and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working in complex software systems, you bring practical experience with AWS cloud services, strong analytical abilities, and a creative, innovative problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication, a collaborative way of working, openness to AI-assisted coding tools to boost productivity, and fluency in German and/or English round off your profile.
