As an ideal Senior Social Media Strategist (d/f/m) you have at least five years of work experience as a digital, social or creative strategist in the agency world. You will develop evidence-based, smart strategies by working closely with the creative team and supporting them with your innovative approach, a deep understanding of the media landscape, and a flair for data to make our communication even more effective.
You enjoy making complex issues understandable through storytelling and scrutinizing existing solutions and have a broad understanding of the digital and social landscape. Ideally you bring in-depth knowledge and personal interest in individual digital specialist areas.

As an ideal Senior Social Media Strategist (d/f/m) you have at least five years of work experience as a digital, social or creative strategist in the agency world. You will develop evidence-based, smart strategies by working closely with the creative team and supporting them with your innovative approach, a deep understanding of the media landscape, and a flair for data to make our communication even more effective.
You enjoy making complex issues understandable through storytelling and scrutinizing existing solutions and have a broad understanding of the digital and social landscape. Ideally you bring in-depth knowledge and personal interest in individual digital specialist areas.
Your tasks:
- Strategic consulting for channels, content, and social media consulting for new and existing clients with regard to campaigns and communication ecosystems
- Campaign orchestration between paid and non-paid measures across the entire spectrum of playable touchpoints
- Quantitative and qualitative target group analysis and, if necessary, redefinition depending on the customer's challenges
- Campaign evaluation with the help of reports and benchmarks, including the presentation and derivation of recommendations for action
- Developing strategic guidance and influencer guidelines
- Analyzing customer entry points and creating customer journeys
- Analyses of target groups, markets and trends
- Identification of new channels and platforms with growth potential·
- Development of data-based media strategies, and creative editorial plans·
- Create reportings for our campaigns and always-on
- Develop KPI frameworks
What you score with:
- 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
- Strong communicator – clear, persuasive, and confident with clients and teams
- Naturally curious, proactive, and passionate about digital trends & technologies
- A collaborative team player with a strategic point of view
- Fluent in German and English
