Join the Helios IT Service GmbH team in Meiningen with immediate effect as an

• You will support the medical staff and employees with all IT questions and problems in their day-to-day work - on site, by telephone or remotely.
• You will answer calls, emails and tickets.
• You create operating and installation documents to ensure transparent and traceable documentation of the IT systems.
• You will work closely with the central IT team and the various specialist departments at the clinic.
• You will be involved in IT projects and support the technical implementation of new solutions in the clinical environment.
• You will take part in the on-call duty

• You have completed training in IT or have a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, you have a lateral entry and ideally have experience in IT support, preferably in a medical or clinical environment.
• You are confident in dealing with users in a service-oriented manner.
• You have strong problem-solving skills, a structured way of working and team spirit.
• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team.
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles (an integral part of the STA)
