Your profile
The ideal candidate is a versatile all-rounder who is also open to contributing in other areas such as mechanics or development.
Your tasks
- Provide support and documentation for development projects
- Act as a point of contact for external development partners
- Ensure and implement ESD protection in production
- Maintain and calibrate equipment (adapters and testing devices)
- Offer first-level support in case of equipment downtime
- Support and carry out rework for customer returns
- Operate and promote CIP and 5S initiatives
- Represent technical operations across warehouse, production, and internal processes in purchasing/sales (e.g., shipping goods, monitoring and procuring supplies)
- Train production staff (e.g., soldering, handling of special materials)
- Adapt work and assembly instructions
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards
