About us:
As Strategic Sourcing Manager (m/f/d), you will play a decisive role in the further development of our sourcing department. You will design innovative procurement strategies, conduct negotiations and build valuable partnerships. Your goal is not only to optimise margins, but also to continuously improve sourcing performance. Working closely with global teams and departments, you will create synergies that drive our company forward.
Your tasks:
Strategy development: Develop innovative sourcing strategies and put them into practice
Negotiations: Conduct negotiations and conclude contracts with our suppliers
Optimisation: Optimise margins and increase sourcing performance – always with a focus on security of supply
Relationship management: Build strong supplier relationships and ensure their continuous evaluation and improvement
Teamwork: Work closely with global teams and departments such as sales and therapy management to create synergies
Your profile:
Completed degree with a focus on business administration or comparable
At least 5 years of experience in sourcing or strategic purchasing, ideally international, and experience in the buy-for-resale industry is desirable
Persuasiveness and negotiation skills are among your strengths
You are analytical, precise and fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel and a hands-on mentality round off your profile
