Your mission & challenges

• Design, maintain and deploy simulation environments using tools like Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, and similar frameworks
• Integrate simulation pipelines with AI training workflows (e.g., reinforcement learning, robotics control)
• Develop scripts and extensions to enhance simulation fidelity, automation, and scalability
  Implement workflows for sim-to-real transfer
• Generate and manage synthetic datasets for training and validating AI models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate the development of real-world robotic solutions

What we can look forward to

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Computational Physics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in simulation engineering, robotics, or AI-driven modeling
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++
• Hands-on experience with Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, PyBullet, or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning frameworks (e.g., RLlib, Stable Baselines) and data workflows
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• You have a perfect command of the English language and, best of all, speak German well
