Your mission & challenges
- Design, build, and install wire harnesses and electrical systems based on technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications.
- Create, maintain, and oversee wiring and cabling plans for all company products, ensuring consistency, reliability, and adherence to design standards.
- Interpret and analyze wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and technical documentation.
- Perform system-level electrical integration and ensure compatibility with mechanical and software components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in wiring systems and electrical components.
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and assemblies.
- Test and validate electrical circuits and connections using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and continuity testers.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other technicians to develop and improve electrical systems.
- Document all work performed, update schematics, and maintain technical records.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
What we can look forward to
- Completed vocational training or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in assembling and integrating electrical systems – ideally in robotics, machinery, or automotive applications.
- Solid understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
- Experience in prototyping, transitioning to production, or supporting manufacturing is a plus.
- Structured and solution-oriented mindset with a high level of personal responsibility.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Very good command of German and English skills.
