We are looking for a new Manager Sports Marketing (m/f/d) to join the Global Sports Marketing Team.

The position is limited for 2 years due to a parental leave replacement .

What you can expect:

• First point of contact for athletes and their Management in a professional manner as well as for partners and agencies
• Running successful global sponsorship activities for BOSS whilst understanding the key marketing performance metrics
• Leverage large-scale sports events in key markets as key cultural moments (Tier 2 + Social First) within the scope of the global marketing calendar
• Strategic integration of sponsorship into the product context incl. wardrobing of partner (Capsule & Merchandise Collections)
• Taking over ownership & end-to-end responsibility for the Brand Presence & Activation at the BOSS Open Tennis tournament in Stuttgart
• Full responsibility for the Brand Presence & Activation (e.g. DALLAS OPEN and LAVER CUP)
• Close alignment with BOSS Creative & Brand Management Team, as well as all GMBC teams
• Prepare communications, providing guidance and directing stakeholder's workload activities to ensure timescales and requirements are met
• Successfull management of projects from start to finish incl. effective problem-solving (solution-oriented)
• Players Dressing on and off court and support Partner- & Team- Wardrobing including fittings
• Sh owroom-Order, Order tracking & Logistic Management
• Answering & evaluating sponsorship requests, process invoices and other administrative tasks
• Planning, co nsolidating and controlling of budget o n a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Setting, m onitoring and reporting tea m & company goals

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or ideally master's degree in economics, international management, sponsorship or similar
• +3 years of experience in a sponsorship manger role (sports, entertainment, culture or similar) required
• Resourceful team player with high energy and a passion for fashion, trends, sports, entertainment and marketing
• Proven relationship building skills in order to build long-term, strategic partnerships - network in Tennis is a plus
• Strong in communication, confident in presentation and a youthful spirit
• Excellent planning and project management competencies; ability to handle multiple projects incl. hands-on mentality
• Reliable and works well individually as well as in a team and someone who can use their own initiative
• High quality awareness and the ability to make decisions and ask questions based on data
