We are looking for a Senior Concept Designer HUGO Menswear (m/f/d) to strengthen our HUGO Menswear team. Are you motivated by what drives fashion and do you love identify and research trends? Become a part of a highly motivated team of experts who greatly enjoy their work.

What you can expect:

• Creation and communication of the seasonal concept, colors, prints and graphics together with VP Menswear design

• Proactive implementation of strategic vision of the brand from concept through to customer development of cross-product concepts for the collections (storytelling, colors, fabrics, silhouettes,...) taking into account the brand DNA and working directly with the VP of Design

• Intensive and continuous research on innovations, what is new on the market and evolutions in customer behavior with specific focus on the contemporary target consumer

• Market and trend research: inspirations trips, trade fairs and supplier visits

• Preparation and participation in global concept briefings, lookbook shoots, showroom set up, collection presentations and sales meetings

• Support in the design and development of all collaborations, fashions shows and special press pieces, alongside the VP of Design

• Creation of digital outfits/styling for global briefings, PR and press, including the creation of special one off pieces for celebrities and talents
  

Your profile:

• You are passionate by fashion and what drives fashion
• You are playing a key role in pushing the brand forward
• Love researching about what happens in society and what is new
• Good sense for what drives trends. Love to collaborate with internal and external creatives
• Keen sense materials, colours and innovation Creative vision
• High degree of creativity, conceptual thinking and storytelling
• High level of organization and management ability
• Good communication skills & team player
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent Mac knowledge (Illustrator, Photoshop, INdesign, )
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
