Your mission & challenges
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, and product development, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of groundbreaking robotic technologies.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple robotics projects, managing all project phases and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to all stakeholders in a clear and transparent manner.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, motivating and guiding project teams to achieve their best.
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.
- Implement and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
What we can look forward to
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.
- Proven experience in the robotics, automation, or a related high-tech industry is highly preferred.
- This experience is crucial for understanding the unique challenges and complexities of developing and deploying robotic systems.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in past roles. This is essential for guiding and motivating cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts, and making critical decisions to ensure project success.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certification is a plus.
