Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in logistics, freight forwarding, industry or similar fields
- Experience in empty container management, packaging logistics or dispatching is an advantage.
- Safe handling of ERP systems (SAP)
- Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Responsibility and team spirit
- English knowledge is an advantage
Your tasks:
- Coordination and control of empty and reusable packaging processes across the entire supply chain
- Ensuring the timely availability of empty containers for production and shipping
- Monitoring and maintenance of empty container stocks
- Booking, tracking and reconciliation of empty container movements in the ERP system (SAP)
- Clarification of inventory discrepancies, differences and losses
- Coordination with internal interfaces and external partners
- Organization of empty container returns and exchange processes
- Creation of evaluations, reports and inventory analyses
- Participation in the optimization of packaging and empty container processes
- Support with inventories and stock checks
