• You will produce components from synthetic fibre fabric according to a defined work process and ensure precisely fitting results in the fibre composite
• You will carry out lamination professionally - the bonding of fibres and resins creates a sophisticated material
• After a training phase, you will work independently and be supported by a trainer
• The preparation of the components, tools and machines for your work process is in your hands
• you will carry out simple maintenance and cleaning work independently, ensuring tidiness and functionality

• First professional experience in a production environment, ideally in laminate production (automotive or aviation), makes it easier for you to get started
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system is a matter of course for you (no rolling week)
• Manual skills and good fine motor skills are among your strengths
• Motivated and independent working style as well as reliability and punctuality characterise you
• You speak and write German to at least level B1
