Job description
- You compile technical documents and documentation of lift systems both in paper form and digitally for testing organisations (ZÜS) and operators
- You reliably prepare testable documents for the preliminary inspection of the planned lift systems
- You prepare hazard analyses according to the designer's specifications
- You issue declarations of conformity
- You handle the correspondence with the ZÜS for new installations and conversions
- You are responsible for checking the currently applicable standards and guidelines with regard to lift and conversions independently
- You check and monitor the test books
- You are always careful when checking the currently applicable standards and guidelines relating to lift construction
- You systematically monitor deadlines for the required documents from ZÜS and documentation
- Supporting administrative activities for the department management - such as scheduling, correspondence according to specifications and list maintenance - you will reliably
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You are happy to use your several years of professional experience profitably
- You have already gained experience in technical documentation
- You are very familiar with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- You are characterised by your good written and spoken German and your ability to formulate comprehensibly
- You have a strong technical understanding
- An independent and careful way of working and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
