Join Our Team as a Customer Project Coordinator in Validation Services!

About the Role: Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our Filter Validation Services laboratory? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Project Coordinator to plan and coordinate all customer projects and activities. In this position, you will manage multiple filter validation projects from order placement to final reporting, acting as the crucial link between our customers and the Validation Services team, including quality and technical experts. Your role will encompass coordinating documentation, lab testing, product shipments, and addressing test non-conformances. You will also provide essential technical support, helping customers navigate regulatory expectations and define their needs.

• You bring valuable experience in project management, showcasing strong organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track.
• Your customer relationship expertise shines through, with a keen customer-centric orientation that prioritizes client satisfaction.
• You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships that foster teamwork and success.
• With excellent interpersonal, presentation, listening, and communication skills in both French and English, you effectively convey information and engage with stakeholders.
