• Analyze and optimize business processes with a focus on production and logistics

• Integrate new workflows into the existing SAP landscape

• Contribute to the upcoming transition to SAP S/4HANA

• Support the entire project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and system implementation to go-live and post-launch support

• Collaborate on cross-functional, international projects within a team-oriented environment

• Completed training or academic degree in Computer Science or a related field in Information Technology

• Extensive hands-on experience with one of the following modules - SAP PP, SAP WM, SAP MM, SAP QM

• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows within an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Initial leadership experience, including managing project and functional teams using both agile and traditional methodologies

• Proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international setting

• Valid authorization to work within the European Union
