Technical Service Engineer for LED Displays - European Region

(full-time, m/f/d)

…in our European Headquarters in Mörfelden-Walldorf (near Frankfurt), Germany.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Provide remote and on-site customer support by analysing technical issues and delivering effective solutions

• Guide customers in on-site and remote product installation and maintenance

• Identify customer needs, promote technical service solutions, deliver value-added services, and ensure the successful execution of service projects in accordance with contractual agreements

• Perform visual inspections of LED panels and modules

• Review repair reports and submit them to customers

• Perform repair-related processes using the CSM system

• Manage maintenance tools, materials, and testing equipment

• Assist with packing repaired products

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred)

• Good knowledge of LED displays and experience in the AV industry (preferred)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive

• Detail-oriented with a highly organized work style

• Fluency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of German is a plus

• Willingness to travel (e.g., for on-site customer service and product exhibitions)
