To strengthen our Patient Impact Team Germany, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position around Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

About the Role

As an Ecosystem Lead Dermatology (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic objectives and ensuring optimal sales performance within the Patient Impact Germany team. This position is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the Ecosystem Sales Force, fostering a culture of excellence, and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. You will report directly to the National Sales Head of Dermatology.

Who You Will Work With

You will collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, including Franchise Leadership Team, Project Support, Compliance, Information Officer, Legal, Learning and Development, Local I2I, Business Analysts, Operations Managers and local Patient Value Unit members.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, train, and develop your team to achieve top performance, providing the latest tools and resources for success
  • Deliver on strategic objectives by identifying obstacles and opportunities, developing action plans, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets
  • Co-create national strategies and support your team in developing and implementing cross-functional account plans
  • Manage and deliver all Local Patient Value Unit (LPVU) activities for optimal sales performance
  • Monitor performance metrics, competitor activities, and maintain a competitive intelligence overview
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive patient value

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:

  • Certificate as Pharmaceutical Sales Rep and/or a university degree in business administration, pharmacy or natural sciences (§ 75 AMG); University degree in natural science or pharmacy
  • At least 5 years of experience in field leadership
  • Deep understanding of Immunology and/or Dermatology
  • In-depth knowledge of the German market, patient journeys, and unmet needs
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Full mobility to meet stakeholders and coach the team in the field
