Trainee programme at Cideon and Eplan
Our trainee programme offers you top training that focuses on developing your potential, as well as a sound and practice-oriented "on the job" induction. Together with other trainees from different business units, you will complete a support programme that will teach you all the skills you need for a perfect start to your professional life:
- Comprehensive individual training in the relevant range of tasks
- In-depth, off-the-job training programme for developing your soft skills in an international environment at our in-house academy
- Ongoing joint reconciliation of your personal goals and regular discussions with your personal mentor
- Joint work on interdisciplinary trainee projects culminating in a presentation to the Management Board
