• Establish, configure, test and maintain cloud systems, application software and system management tools
• Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT staff
• Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency, and decomplexing the environment
• Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Functional knowledge and technical skills within own and other areas:

• In-depth knowledge of architecture, engineering, and operations of Windows Server technologies, Active Directory Services, VMware, Veeam, PowerShell Scripting, automatization, and system management tools
• In-depth knowledge of cloud service provider (Microsoft Azure, O365)
• Understanding of mobile technology and OS (Android, iOS, Intune)
• Technical expertise in VoIP solutions (MS Teams, Audiocodes)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent education or work experience
• 5+ years of prior relevant experience in the IT infrastructure area or equivalent Senior Engineer/Administrator positions in global manufacturing environments, of which 2+ years in depth experience in successful leading organizational wide projects and implementations
• Strong English language skills mandatory
• Certifications such as MCSE/MCSA, CompTIA A+/Network+, are a plus

• Proactive and customer-oriented team player able to work under pressure
• Good communications skills
• Ability to work virtually and cross-functionally with minimal supervision
• Ability to resolve conflict in a constructive manner and work around obstacles to ensure project success
