Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Vendor Management
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
- Create and manage purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up
- Track order deliveries and maintain accurate system updates
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and negotiating competitive pricing
- Support the procurement needs of Production and Maintenance teams
Inventory Control
- Conduct regular inventory audits
- Help manage inventory count processes and stock level strategies
- Provide backup support to the inventory control team
Data & Reporting
- Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify savings and trends
- Collaborate with IT to generate inventory and supplier performance reports
Compliance & Records
- Ensure all procurement activities follow internal policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing documentation
Team Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including shipping, receiving, and finance
- Communicate effectively to resolve supply issues and streamline processes
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
OR 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory - Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems (WorkWise or similar preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and eager to grow with a fast-paced team
