What tasks do you expect?

• Locating and repairing electrical system malfunctions during ongoing production, including fault analysis
• Planning and coordinating electrical maintenance work based on urgency
• Planning and coordinating project-related work in consultation with the maintenance management
• Installation, connection, maintenance, modernization, as well as dismantling and reassembly of electrical systems
• Tasks serving the purpose of optimizing and/or repairing production systems, company buildings, and utility lines
• Development and implementation of new circuits and switch cabinets
• Creation and modification of missing and existing circuit diagrams
• Maintenance and documentation of project tasks and their completion
• Coordination of routine resistance measurements, thermographic inspections, and recurrent testing of portable electrical equipment in accordance with legal requirements
• Acting as a contact person regarding: medium- and low-voltage, transformer systems, fire alarm system
• Supporting the expert inspector regarding VdS testing of our electrical systems
• Participation in the creation and adaptation of risk assessments in the field of electrical system maintenance as well as for the electrical workshop itself
• Working with various control systems: SIEMENS S5, SINAMICS, Parker compact drives 590+

Your profile

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as an energy systems electronics technician for industrial engineering, with mandatory master qualification and professional experience in extrusion and plastics technology – or a similar qualification
• Affinity for technical systems with a hands-on mentality
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (rotating schedule), if required
• Independent, responsible, and quality-conscious way of working
