Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, implementing tracking solutions, and driving measurable growth through data-driven decisions.
Tasks
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve performance targets (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and A/B testing.
• Implement and monitor tracking solutions (Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, Pixels, Server-Side Tracking, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and scale successful strategies.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure high-performing creatives.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
• Proven track record of managing high-performance Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Strong experience with conversion tracking implementation and analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of campaign optimization techniques and performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
• Experience with other paid advertising platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Knowledge of server-side tracking and advanced attribution models.
• Background in D2C/eCommerce marketing.
