At the earliest possible date we are looking for you for our Helios Clinic in Müllheim as

Nursing site management (m/f/d)

• Overall responsibility for the organization and control of nursing processes at the site
• Professional and disciplinary management of the departments
• Further development and assurance of high-quality patient care
• Strategic personnel planning, retention and development in close coordination with the Nursing Directorate
• Participation in company-wide projects
• Close cooperation with the other professional groups and clinic management at the site

• Completed training in healthcare and nursing
• Ideally a nursing-related degree (B.A./B.Sc. Nursing/Nursing Management or comparable)
• Several years of management experience in the nursing field, ideally at management level
• Sound knowledge of nursing organization, quality management and personnel management
• High social competence, assertiveness and a cooperative management style
• Strong communication skills, business acumen and a strong sense of responsibility
• Experience with digital documentation and control systems is an advantage
