What you can expect
- You are the contact person for our customers with technical questions or problems (by phone & e-mail).
- You analyze and solve technical faults.
- You document inquiries and solutions.
- You will work closely with our development and production departments.
- Depending on your previous knowledge, we would be delighted if you could also support the further development of our products, support processes and tools.
What you should be able to do
- You have a degree in technical, natural or engineering sciences or have completed technical training.
- You have at least one year's experience in technical support.
- You are able to organize yourself well and enjoy solving problems.
- You have a strong customer and service orientation.
- You speak very good German and can also communicate well in English.
